Managing Director
Managing director (MD) is the Director who is entrusted with substantial powers to manage corporate affairs of the company.
Executive Director

Additional Director
The Director, appointed by the Board between two AGMs. Such Directors can hold office only upto the date of next Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
Alternate Director

3. Preparing Forms and Documents
